A stolen race
Our plump lips look better
… On us
You think you made us
Generation after generation
Something is taken from us
First our freedom
Now our sense of self
Now there’s a fire
It’s burning through our cities
It taking down are enemies
Trumps alike
You’re not welcome in my city
You’re not welcome in my house
On my tv screen
Are you serious ?
You bought your body
Just to sell it
The tabloids see you
The “fans” see you
Enjoy it
While it last
Before it fades
And before you’re forgotten
